Married for 25 years and proud father of 2 sons General Sales Manager 26 years Jim has been our general sales manager for the past 4 ½ years and came to us after successfully running one of Canada’s largest leasing companies for General Motors for 2yrs. His previous work experience was 3 years working for both Ford of Canada and the United States assisting their dealerships in improving their sales and leasing divisions and 16 years in sales and management for one of Scarborough’s largest Ford dealerships. Jim’s passion since the day he arrived has been customer service. His goal has been to ensure all customers receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations and puts the fun back into buying or leasing a vehicle. And it must be working, as Evans Ford Lincoln boasts one of highest customer satisfaction ratings in the country. |

Father of 2 sons who both play rep hockey who aspire to play in the NHL one day and support their devoted father in his retirement. New Car Sales Manager 25 years Brad comes from a heritage in the car business that goes back 5 generations
at the old Cruickshank Motors in Weston. Prior to the family business
being sold he worked and managed various positions for 22 years. We
have been fortunate to add Brad’s valuable experience to our

Recently engaged to fiancée Lisa Sales & Leasing 22 years Scott joined the Evans team in 2001, and came from a family that had run the old Cruickshank Motors in Weston for 5 generations. Having grown up in the business, Scott brought to Evans a wealth of knowledge in not only sales and leasing, but also inventory management, service department, and automotive detailing, and has become one of our resident experts on all aspects on retail and commercial leasing. His promise to them is to not stop until they are completely satisfied and in fact many of his clients have now become friends because of the relationship started from buying a car. Scott takes great pleasure in helping his customers select the “Perfect” vehicle at the right price and says, “Its almost as much fun as I have; snowmobiling, boating, camping and playing hockey |

Dan assumed the full-time role as Used vehicle manager in 2006 and was asked to help run and manage the Auto Credit locations in Toronto, Orillia, and Innisfil. Dan has brought a youthful quality and energy to the Evans team and a level of expertise and professionalism that belie his age and years in the business. His desire to help our customers generally finds him working extra hours and getting a call from his wife that its time to come home now. |

Husband, father of 2 daughters and recently became a grandfather for the 1st time. Sales & Leasing 13 years Les spent 2 years in the auto industry in Winnipeg managing his own used vehicle operation. When he relocated to Toronto, he was offered a position at Evans Ford Lincoln in sales and after a very short time decided that his specialty would be helping customers purchase or lease pre-owned vehicles. He has been our top overall sales performer for the past 3 years and his day is spent providing vehicles for people that range in price from $100 to $50.000 Ask any of the sales staff what they hear Les say and it would be………….. “I love selling cars, I could never imagine being a manager again. Working directly with the customer is not only what I do but also its fun. Everyday is different, what better job could there be?” Les’s passion is automobiles and boats. When he isn’t seen helping customers with a new or used vehicle purchase you can find him spending his weekends relaxing on his boat in Orillia. |

His knowledge on retail and commercial leasing has provided our dealership with extensive wholesale leasing experience for our clients and us. Since the day Jim arrived at Evans Ford Lincoln, Jim’s goal has been to tailor each lease to suit the individual needs of our clients during the lease term and at expiry. Currently on Maternity Leave Sales & Leasing 13 years After 11 years working downtown she joined our team when Bay Lincoln closed its dealership in 2006. During her career there Lisa worked not only in sales and leasing but also had extensive experience in the administration department helping to run the day-to-day business and assisting in several areas for the service department. Although a new member of the team, Lisa was asked in January of 2008 to help our Auto Credit leasing division, (a company devoted to helping customers who have experienced credit difficulties get a new start) in its business development department. When not working or spending time with her daughter, Lisa can generally be found listening to music or behind the lens of a camera. |

Married and father of 6 Sales & Leasing 16 years Rod came to Evans Ford Lincoln in 2003 after a successful career with Cruickshank Motors in Weston. Over his career at both Cruickshank and Evans he has been able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and customer retention. Last year Rod was presented by the dealership with the prestigious CSI award for having the highest overall Customer Satisfaction Index in sales for the dealership for 2007. With Evans Ford Lincoln placing so much focus on customer satisfaction this award is one of our hardest to win. Rod's a busy man these days when he is not at work, he is spending time with a family construction business, 6 children, and his heavy involvement in his church and business community. If you are looking for a soloist for your church he might be the man. He is also a permanent fixture at the annual Caribana parade event proudly driving and displaying one of our Ford or Lincoln products. |

Financial Services / Business Manager 9 Years Mini spent 8 years in financial services at Cruickshank Motors in Weston where her honesty, integrity, and efficiency made her a consistent member of Ford’s Society of Professional Sales Managers. Prior to entering the car business she had a dream of working in and managing her own Hair Salon and after 8 years at Cruickshank she left to pursue her ambition. After 10 successful and rewarding years in the salon business she realized that her love of the auto industry and more specifically financial services was her true passion and had never really left her, so in the winter of 2008 after meeting with the general sales manager she was coaxed back and joined our Evans Ford Lincoln team. When not immersed in a good book her spare time is spent with her friends and her grown son. And as you would expect with a “True People Person”, when not at work you can find her dancing, traveling to exciting locales, or enjoying a fine meal and the company of good friends. |

Married for over 10 years and father of Eric and Julia Financial Services / Business Manager 9 Years Nathan has been a valuable member of the management team with Evans Ford Lincoln for over 5 years but originally began his career in the automotive industry with the Leggatt Automotive Group in the sales and leasing departments. At Leggatt he was quickly promoted to the position of Financial Services / Business Manager based on his ability to match a customers wants and needs to the right product or option. Nathan’s belief that the decisions a customer will make in the business office can be just as important and sometimes more so than the ones they make buying or leasing the vehicle. He has been a big factor in our dealerships overall success in Customer Satisfaction and excellence. As far as leisure time goes, Nathan enjoys anything that has Sport attached to it and music. He has also vowed to one day win the company golf tournament. |

Happily married and father of 4 President & General Manager 29 years With Evans Ford Lincoln being a family run business, Dave came to the company at a young age learning the entire operation from the ground up. If you ask him was there a department he did not work in to understand the people and the customers the answer would be no. When Dave assumed his role of president and general manager he set out to make the buying, leasing, and service experiences of his customers the best in the country, and after receiving numerous awards for Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Loyalty all you have to do is take one visit to his dealership and you can see his vision. As with most fathers of 4 when Dave’s not at work it’s off to one type of practice, sport, or function with one or all of his children. When he does have spare time after juggling work and home you can run into him on the slopes at Craigleith Ski Club in Collingwood. |

He worked his way towards his current position by learning all aspects of the business; apprenticing, service advisor, shop foreman and eventually general service manager. Franks activities away from the dealership are almost too numerous to mention.
