I have purchased and leased cars since 1968, but the last 3 cars I have leased with competitors was an unpleasant experience. The cars I have leased for the past 20 years were not North American. This time I decided to be open-minded and look at ALL cars—North American as well. When I met Howard I could tell this was going to be a different experience. He was knowledgeable about the product and conveyed to me that he and Lincoln really wanted my business. The test drive we went on was thorough and very informative and not what I was used to in other dealerships. He wanted me to put the car through highway and city driving and brought two cars into the shop so I could see them side by side which was something no other salesperson would do.
