Prior to plying his trade at Evans and Bay Ford Lincoln, Larry worked in and helped run the family auto business for over 14 years. Dear Sir, In August of this year, I was in the market for a new vehicle. In seeking a dealership that accommodate my special financial requirements. I was given the name of Mr. Larry Domenico of Evans Ford in Etobicoke. Larry was most accommodating, and made himself available to see me immediately. From the very beginning of our conversation, Larry made me feel like a valued client, not just another customer. He took the time to help me decide what vehicle would be best suited for my needs. When Mr. Jim Hamilton and other staff members became involved in putting a deal together for me, I was again treated with utmost respect and honesty. I finally decided on a 2009 Ford Fusion SEL. I have since had the opportunity to use Evans' Service department, and was pleasantly surprised to see that i received the same courteous treatment from the staff there. Over the past forty years, I have purchased numerous vehicles, and i can honestly say that i have never been treated with more courtesy and thoughtfulness as i have been at Evans Ford. To be honest, I have never been a Ford fan, but Larry, Jim, and the staff have won me over. In fact, I was so impressed that i brought a friend who also leased a vehicle through Larry. Good Afternoon Dave Last week, my husband Gordon and I purchased a beautiful two door 2008 Ford Focus and for the first time we have purchased a new car, I found it a pleasant experience! In the past, there was always back and forth ‘haggling’ which I found offensive. This purchase with Larry Domenco was easy – he wanted to sell a car and we wanted to buy a car! And half an hour after looking, we both had what we wanted. Larry was pleasant and professional – and loved joking with Gord. While in the showroom, I asked to see the service area where I met Service Consultant Lee Druken, who welcomed me to the ‘Ford family’ and said to see him if I needed anything – I had the occasion to see him a week after picking up the car for a small problem and he immediately ordered the part, called to say it was in the same day and did so in a very pleasant manner.
