Currently on Maternity Leave Sales and Leasing 13 years After 11 years working downtown she joined our team when Bay Lincoln closed its dealership in 2006. During her career there Lisa worked not only in sales and leasing but also had extensive experience in the administration department helping to run the day-to-day business and assisting in several areas for the service department. Although a new member of the team, Lisa was asked in January of 2008 to help our Auto Credit leasing division, (a company devoted to helping customers who have experienced credit difficulties get a new start) in its business development department. When not working or spending time with her daughter, Lisa can generally be found listening to music or behind the lens of a camera. |

On May 29/08 a friend referred me to your company and told me that I should call Lisa North. My first contact with her was on the phone and with her excellent customer service it made me want to come in on the same day. I got to the dealership at about 6:00pm, and Lisa extended a warm friendly atmosphere and I immediately decided to do business with her. Lisa made me feel extremely comfortable that I was making the right decision. She went to her manager Dan who then came over and answered more of my questions regarding my purchase. He told me to trust him and he would meet my needs, and he certainly did. Lisa, who worked extremely hard and picked me up in Mississauga, entertained me in her vehicle, drove me back to the dealership, which I think is going above and beyond the call of duty. She explained everything to me before I signed, made sure I understood what I was signing, then gave me my keys and congratulated me on my new purchase……..I had to give her a hug. I just wanted to let you know that I have already told my neighbors and my friends and I will recommend Evans Ford for excellent customer service and my next vehicle purchase later in the future.
